Diane Haderthauer of ECLC is ASAH’s “Educator of the Year”

Diane Haderthauer of ECLC is ASAH’s “Educator of the Year”. She is also profiled in this article appearing in the Ridgewood Patch.

Ms. Haderthauer was selected in the statewide competition sponsored by ASAH from among educators at its 135 member schools.

A teacher for 20 years at ECLC in Ho-Ho-Kus, which educates more than 100 students, ages 5-21, with severe learning and/or language disabilities, autism or multiple disabilities. Haderthauer has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and excellence throughout her career. As the school’s graduating class’s teacher, she works closely with ECLC’s supported employment agency and the School’s transition program to prepare students for the next chapter in their young lives.
