Keynote Presentation
How Parents and Educators Can Teach and Reinforce Social Skills Across All Environments
Dr. James Ball, is a nationally recognized lecturer and author who has been working in the private sector field of disabilities nearly 30 years.
Concurrent Sessions
a) Know Your Rights! Creating a Powerful IEP for Your Child, featuring a panel discussion with Doug Parker, LDTC, Ira M. Fingles, Esq., and Iris Haywoode, Special Education Advocate.
b) Tips for Accessing Government Services for Adults, featuring Alice Hunnicutt, Director of DVRS, and other leaders from state government and S. Paul Prior, Esq.
Attendees will leave the conference with ACTIONABLE STEPS to help them engage in the system, secure needed services, and understand the vital role of social skills.
